Bruxism: There is a painless and natural solution

The healthiest and most immediate way to beat bruxism is Re-Paint Your Life Bioresonance Method by Yiannis Michael.

Bruxism is the involuntary grinding and clenching of the teeth. It usually happens during sleep but can also happen during the day

It is estimated that this condition affects 5-20% of the population regardless of gender and age, and mostly children – the lowest rates are in the elderly over 65 years of age.

People who grind their teeth when they sleep don’t know it, but those next to them can hear the sounds of their teeth. The dentist, by examining the teeth, can tell if someone grinds them while sleeping because of the effects of this condition.

Factors that increase the risk of bruxism

Stress. Increased stress, psychological stress, anger or frustration can lead to teeth grinding or clenching.

Age. Bruxism decreases with increasing age. It has the highest frequency in childhood and the lowest after 65.

Personality. A character who is aggressive, competitive, or hyperactive may have an increased risk of bruxism.

Drugs and other substances. Bruxism can be caused as a side effect of certain psychiatric medications, such as some antidepressants. Smoking, caffeine or alcohol, or drug use can increase the risk of bruxism.

Family members with bruxism. Sleep bruxism appears to be associated with genetic factors. If you suffer from bruxism, other members of your family may also have a history of the same disease.

Bruxism and indications

The pressure exerted by teeth grinding at night can be up to six times greater than the pressure exerted during the day. Doing so can cause tooth enamel destruction, facial pain, jaw muscle pain, and headaches or migraines. Pain may also occur in the ears because the temporomandibular joint structures are affected.

Bruxism and causes

Although bruxism is not a rare phenomenon – data from the US National Sleep Foundation shows that 8% of adults and 14-20% of children under the age of 11 grind their teeth at night – the causes are not when they feel subconscious anxiety.

Research has found that brain activity and heart rate can increase before a bruxing episode, suggesting that the central nervous system is involved.

Bruxism has a solution

Clenching or grinding of the teeth during the day can be improved with the method of bioresonance that focuses on the causes of the problem. The main problem is subconscious stress that causes bruxism resulting in cervical syndrome with headaches. If you grind your teeth due to stress, you may be able to prevent the problem by following relaxation-promoting practices such as meditation, but the Re-Paint Your Life Bioresonance Method is the most effective treatment against bruxism.
